Replacing a parking lot, this urban park links the cultural and urban fabric of the historic 1700s Main Plaza with the vibrant River Walk. The park suggests a quarry-like space, with a meandering ramped path reminiscent of a dry creek bed. The native planting scheme was designed by landscape architect Rosa Finsley, and the inscriptions, the work of public artist Celia Muñoz, poetically evoke the history of man's relationship with the river.
