Partner Promotions

We’re excited to share an important milestone for Lake Flato with the elevation of three new Partners. Their leadership reflects the breadth of our work, our collaborative culture, and our continued expansion into new regions and opportunities. Graham Beach co-leads our Eco-Conservation Studio, where he focuses on sustainable community development and eco-hospitality projects.

Evan Morris is a leader in our Residential Studio, exploring the design of intimate domestic spaces across the country.

Ryan Yaden is a leader within our Higher Education Studio, known for finding elegant solutions to complex challenges on some of the firm’s most ambitious projects.

Associate Partner Promotions

Jenna Steinbeck helps lead Lake Flato’s Austin office, focusing on hospitality, mixed-use, and multifamily urban environments. Her work is grounded in a commitment to design excellence and the creation of intentional, sensitively crafted interiors that enhance social engagement and overall well-being.

Daniel Mowery is a leader in Lake Flato’s Austin office and Residential Studio, focusing on homes and hospitality projects rooted in place. Drawing from the land, local materials, and the rhythms of everyday life, his work creates environments that feel grounded, timeless, and deeply connected to their surroundings.
