Ashley Grzywa

Ashley is a Project Designer in Lake Flato’s Urban Development Studio, located in Austin. She has worked on multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, civic and religious buildings and has construction administration experience on National Historic Landmark renovation and high-end hospitality projects. Ashley is an active member of AIA Austin and serves as chair of the chapter’s Committee on the Environment (COTE). She is passionate about equitable design that improves human and environmental health. Ashley received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park. When she’s not working, Ashley is outdoors, traveling, playing board games, dancing, and attending theater and music performances.
