Ben is an intern in Lake Flato’s Austin office, where he contributes to a range of project types, with a focus on residential work. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Colorado in Denver and is currently pursuing his Master of Architecture at the University of Michigan—Go Blue! He is drawn to Lake Flato’s collaborative ethos and commitment to place-based design, and values the opportunity to grow through hands-on engagement, from sketching to project development. For Ben, architecture is about shaping meaningful, enduring spaces that reflect both people and place.
