Chelsea has built her Human Resources career supporting small businesses and startups, during which she developed a versatile skill set across operations, effective communication, systems implementation, and performance management. Her work has helped employees and businesses in the fields of Finance, Technology, Hospitality, and now Architecture navigate periods of growth and change. Chelsea values strong relationships and takes a practical, people- first approach to HR, prioritizing the creation of positive, supportive, and compliant workplaces where both individuals and organizations can grow with purpose.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four busy children, volunteering with her church, and being outside in nature participating in endurance sports.
