Evan Machnacki
Intern
From early days spent building worlds in Minecraft to working at Lake Flato, Evan has always been driven by a passion for designing the built environment. As a member of the Learning Studio, he values the opportunity to design for young minds—creating spaces that foster inclusion, comfort, and curiosity for children.
Evan earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University, where he developed a deep interest in the ways design can evoke emotion in both people and nature. During his studies, he received a Certificate in Ecological Architecture and Design, focusing on sustainable, community-centered projects that celebrate culture while thoughtfully blending architecture into its natural landscape.
With a lifelong love for the arts, Evan believes creativity should never be limited to a single medium. Whether through acting, writing, painting, music, or other forms of expression, he is constantly seeking new ways to create, embracing creativity in its purest form.
