Grace is passionate about fostering an innovative and efficient design process, and she believes in the built environment’s ability to enhance community by creating places that feel both at home and unexpectedly familiar. Grace joined the firm in 2011 and has been an integral part of the Lake Flato hiring and recruitment team since 2015. She enjoys collaborating on design challenges big and small and her experience includes a variety of project scales, ranging from small-scale commercial to hospitality to residential. Grace is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Master of Architecture.
