Contracts Manager & Scheduling Coordinator
A tenured employee, Maria uses her years of experience to provide multi-faceted, integral support to the firm. She understands the architects’ needs and aspirations and brings an organized and effective method of capturing information to improve daily workflows and works toward larger goals to help the firm’s architectural staff members operate more efficiently. As the firm’s Scheduling Coordinator, Maria oversees project information and employee scheduling for the firm’s Residential, Eco Conservation, Higher Education, Urban and Learning Studios. In her role as Contracts Manager, Maria is responsible for drafting all project contracts, monitoring and maintaining project contract status and managing risk across the firm. She also handles all student/teacher inquiries directed to the firm.
Outside of the office, Maria enjoys spending time watching movies with her family, being active within her church and community, preparing deliciously inspired meals for her friends and schooling anyone who will listen about basketball and corvettes.
