Mayle Lester
Designer
Mayle is a Designer in Lake Flato’s Higher Education Studio who is passionate about creating inclusive and emotionally resonant spaces. With a strong interest in education and equity in public space, she is drawn to projects that prioritize not only the client’s goals but also the needs and voices of the broader community. Mayle received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ’Em!) and is originally from San Antonio, Texas. Outside the office, she enjoys playing pickleball, getting lost in a good film, and traveling, finding inspiration in historic architecture and regionally grounded design traditions.
