As the firm’s Design Technologist, Miguel helps inform firm-wide technology and sustainable best practices. Miguel is passionate about sustainability and high-performance building design, and he believes utilizing best practices in these fields can achieve results that positively benefit our environment. He continually tests new strategies for building performance and analysis, often researching design performance simulation for daylight, energy, views modeling, in-house training, and sustainability adaptation. Miguel graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Architecture, and he possesses a diverse professional background with eight years of experience in Retail, Commercial, K-12, and Higher Education projects. In his spare time, you can find Miguel riding his bike, meeting new people, running, hiking, traveling, and staying up to date with the latest technologies.
