Todd is a Partner and a leader in Lake Flato’s Urban Environments studio. Todd has over two decades of experience with mixed-use, hospitality, commercial development and master planning projects. He has a passion for working on projects that positively impact the lives of many in the community. Much of his work focuses on the inherently sustainable act of adapting existing sites and structures into vibrant, human-scaled destinations that remove barriers to community-building and provide spaces where people want to be.
