Jue Let

Jue Let spans two floors with a bar, dining room, and two private karaoke lounges. Conceived as a sequence of experiential moments, the space transitions from an open patio to a lively bar and dining room, blending rich textiles, vintage fixtures, and Murano-inspired lighting with rattan, mahogany, and chrome details to evoke the layered warmth of an unforgettable cocktail party. The bar that feels both cinematic and deeply lived-in—a fun and spirited reflection of the owner Jennifer Dobbertin’s self-described “elder-millennial nostalgia” and her lifelong connection to restaurants. “All my spaces have been rooted in memory,” she says. “Jue Let is a tribute to the people, places, and small moments that shape who we are—even when their names get forgotten.”

Custom art throughout the space includes works by Asian American artists such as Jennifer Ling Datchuk, Loc Huynh, Sunny Wu and local artist Lourdes Maria Ong—plus, an interactive I-Ching fortune-telling machine created by the Jue-Let design team in collaboration with Meow Wolf artist Alan Watts.
