The Saint June
The Saint June is a 182-unit, luxury multifamily community located on 36 acres in the rolling hills of Barton Creek. The community was designed with a contemporary aesthetic and biophilic focus, consisting of natural exteriors complementing the Texas Hill Country and modern interiors. The seven buildings are nestled within native landscape courtyards and strategically sited to preserve open space and optimize views while protecting heritage trees and habitats.
In collaboration with Merriman Pitt/Anderson Architecture.

The Saint June incorporates several design strategies and amenities not typically found in multi-family developments. The community is centered around occupant wellness and environmentally conscience living. Screened porches allow residents to immerse themselves in views of the Hill Country. All ground level units have walk out yards. The site is woven throughout with nature trails and native vegetation, providing residents with a true Hill Country living experience.
Community amenities include observation decks, dark-sky compliant lighting, tuck-under parking, on-site walking trails, electric vehicle charging stations, and cedar-clad screen porches. The communal screened porch offers poolside shade and a fireplace for cooler evenings, encouraging all-season gatherings.
The apartment buildings trace the natural topography of the hillsides, embedding the residential structures into the steep grades and allowing for at-grade walk out units. Shorter segments of buildings are connected via open air bridges to harness natural breezes. These breaks in the buildings allow for more porosity and views to the surrounding landscape.
Perhaps the most distinguishing feature of the project are the screened porch outdoor living spaces that adorn every unit on the viewshed sides of the development. These screened porches allow residents to enjoy Hill Country breezes and views.
