T Bar M Tennis Club

In early 2022, Dallas-based developer Woodhouse acquired the iconic TBarM Racquet Club with the bold vision of revitalizing the beloved facility and reestablishing it as a premier destination for recreation, wellness, and community in North Dallas. With deep respect for the club’s storied past and its long-standing role in the local athletic community, TBarM will be revitalized and restored to its original glory while thoughtfully evolving the campus to meet the expectations of a modern athletics club.

By focusing on creating spaces that encourage social interaction, the design aims to foster a sense of belonging and community engagement. The club is positioned to be a central gathering place where members and visitors can connect, collaborate, and build lasting relationships, making it a true catalyst for community connection.

The comprehensive improvements for the campus include a brand-new Club building that serves as a vibrant social and fitness hub, along with a resort-style pool that anchors the heart of the campus with space for leisure, family activities, and events. New pickleball courts complement the existing offerings, expanding recreational opportunities and responding to the sport’s growing popularity. In addition, the existing tennis and fitness facilities underwent extensive renovations to elevate the member experience and support a holistic approach to health and wellness.
