YETI® Flagship

This adaptive reuse project breathes new life into a neglected building at the foot of Austin’s Congress Bridge over Lady Bird Lake, integrating the repurposed building within the City of Austin’s Barton Springs Revitalization Plan. Envisioned as an immersive retail experience, the headquarters for outdoor lifestyle retailer YETI® is a catalyst for urban revitalization. Inspired by the YETI® brand’s affinity for the outdoors, the space blurs the line between the indoor retail area and the porch. The material palate including hickory decking, live edge pecan slab counters, and blackened steel are a nod to YETI’s® ruggedness.
